Interpersonal Relationships
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but also challenging when communication breaks down or patterns of conflict repeat. Attachment history, emotional reactivity, and unmet needs often shape how we connect — sometimes without us realizing it.
In therapy, we identify these patterns and build healthier relational skills. Through attachment-focused work, CBT, DBT interpersonal effectiveness skills, and solution-focused approaches, we strengthen communication, increase emotional awareness, and build more secure, balanced connections.
