Performance anxiety can show up as tightness, racing thoughts, fear of mistakes, or overthinking during critical moments. Athletes, professionals, and leaders may feel capable in preparation but tense in competition or high-pressure environments.
MPM helps shift your relationship with pressure by reframing it as activation rather than threat. We train physiological regulation, attentional redirection, and in-the-moment reset strategies. Combined with CBT, behavioral exposure, and skills drawn from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, we build performance scripts, breathing protocols, and cognitive restructuring tools.
