Using evidence-based strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and behavioral therapy, we reset your sleep systems through methods like stimulus control, sleep scheduling, and cognitive restructuring.

By combining education, accountability, and practical routines, we build long-lasting sleep habits that don’t rely on medication. Sleep becomes something you can train and optimize — not a nightly struggle — so you wake up ready to perform at your best, recover fully, and tackle your day with energy and clarity.

Integrated with Mental Performance & Strategy Coaching (MPM), we also address nighttime mental distractions, performance-related rumination, and recovery routines, making sleep a key part of overall performance and wellbeing
